I started Couch to 5K

yesterday

and the

Paleo Diet

today

I haven’t ran since

my half marathon

in September

Then I had a 5K

on the books

for St Patrick’s Day

and my BFF, whom I was running with,

had a tragedy happen

Her son was in a motorbike accident

He is alive!

So for me

it’s a mental game

What will happen next if I decide to run again

I’m a Christian

so this

stinkin’ thinkin’ isn’t ok

But I need to get out there

On Purpose

for my

health

sanity

and

waistline
