Blessed are the Merciful.

To not have a blind eye to the needy. The poor. The orphans or widows.
To have eyes like Jesus. To see what He sees.

James 2:13: “For judgment is without mercy to the one who has shown no mercy. Mercy triumphs over judgment

To show compassion for another.
Both our older boys are merciful.
Joey is a Certified Nurses Assistant and Tommy is a wild-land firefighter. Both jobs serve others in our community. They are the first ones to help an elderly lady in the grocery store. Or the gentleman that needs his gas pumped.
They try to see what Jesus sees. In turn do what He would do.
