Cooking with Essential Oils
I love that quality, which can be safe to ingest, are also ok to cook with. NOT ALL OILS ARE SAFE.
Not even all of my trusted brand of oils are ok to cook with. Some of the blends are not.
The bottle will say if they are safe to ingest.
One of our FAVORITE recipes is Fruit Dip


- 1 package (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 3–4 drops Lemon Essential Oil
- Mix together in a bowl until smooth
Do you have the shake mix?
Peanut Butter Bliss
• 1 Scoop of shake mix
• 3/4 Cup Vanilla Almond Milk
• 1 Cup Ice
• 1 Tbsp. Natural Peanut Butter (or Almond Butter)
Peaches & Cream
• 1 Scoop of shake mix
• ½ Cup Greek Vanilla Yogurt (or plain)
• ½ Cup Almond Milk
• ½ Peaches
• 4 ice cubes
