This is me Summer of ’09

It was the January after this that I decided to start running.

Here I am in my first road race

This was in April of ’09

Down 10 pounds

September ’09

April ’11

Feeling good!

July was half #1

September was half #2

Then my life took a turn

Then there was a mental wall

I seriously JUST broke through this wall about 2 weeks ago

The 4th of July I had had enough

I had gotten all the way down to 143

after mom died….

Not a healthy way to lose

So of course it ALL came back

I am consoling myself

By not being the weight I was in that first picture

But not far…6 pounds away

So I am back to running

By doing the Couch to 5K

I am

Eating healthier

Loose Paleo

I have cut out bread and most sugar

Since July 4th

I have had 3 pita pockets & 2 slices of whole wheat bread

Down from 1-2 PB sandwiches a day

Sugar….wellll
I have my iced coffee with an oz of Vanilla flavor

a dash of 1/2 n 1/2

and a dash of sweet milk

I KNOW I KNOW

TERRIBLE

But

no candy

no chips

no crackers

Just

fruit

veggies

protein

First 9 days

I was down 3.5 pounds!

I have either done C25K or itty bitty weights

almost ev.ery.day!

I will do this!

No more walls!
