Reducing your Toxic Load ~ Cleaning
There are so many toxins in cleaning products. I get a headache just thinking about it.
Using essential oils to clean with is not only frugal (really, it is) it is not toxic. So safe your kids can clean with them.
I have made room spray (8-10 drops of cleansing blend in a cobalt blue 8oz spray bottle of water)
and laundry detergent.
I now use protective blend laundry detergent. It take 1Tbsp to do one load in my front load washer.
I really like the foaming hand soap made with protective blend oil too.
I use 2-3 drops of an oil with 2tbsp baking soda and sprinkle the living room as a room deodorizer. Let sit for a few minutes and then vacuum up.
