Zaycon Chicken Thigh Review

I recently got the chance to review Zaycon’s chicken thighs.

I am not a dark meat eater, but The Principal is.
I have to say, I was pleasantly surprised!

These chicken thighs were super juicy and tender.

We have grilled them a few times and they turn out amazing!
Super tender and juicy.

We chose to freeze them, instead of canning, which I have written about here.

There was a fair amount of trimming that needed to be done. About 4 cups worth from the 40lbs of meat. That was more than I have experienced in the past with their chicken breast.
